The error indicates a date of death is present for the client, and the title is not Executor for (EF) or Representative for (RF) or Trustee for (TF).
Note: Only these titles are allowed for a deceased taxpayer.
Log in to HandiTax.
Highlight your client and click Edit to open the Clients Detail window.
Type in the correct Title:
Executor for (EF)
Representative for (RF) or
Trustee for (TF).
Click Save.
