If you have an older DOS version of HandiLedger installed, you can convert the entities to open in the Windows version.
Convert HandiLedger DOS data
Log in to HandiLedger, then from the Tools menu, click Convert HandiLedger DOS Data.
Type the installation directory where the DOS version of HandiLedger is.
The Unconverted Clients field will list the HandiSoft references for all the client records yet to be converted. The Converted Clients field lists those already converted.
Select the Select Client after conversion check box if you prefer HandiLedger to select the client after conversion.
Under Unconverted Clients, highlight the client record to be converted and click Convert. The highlighted record will be converted to Windows format.
