Document Manager - Upload documents as an end user in Access Documents

As an end user of Document Hub, you will upload documents through the Document Hub website.

  1. Log in to Document Hub as a portal user.

  2. Click Upload, then click Select Files to select your documents.

  3. On the Open window, you can use the Ctrl + Shift keys to highlight and select multiple files.

  4. The Upload Manager window will list the document files you are about to upload.

    • To remove all files from the list, click Clear

    • To remove individual files from the list, click Cancel.

  5. If a document has previously been uploaded, but not signed, you can rename or overwrite it.

  6. If a signed document has previously been uploaded, it cannot be overwritten. You can choose to rename the document or cancel its upload.

  7. Enter a comment in the Comment box if necessary.

  8. Click Start to upload the documents to Document Hub.

  9. The documents will be added to the Document Listing page with a status of Document Uploaded.

  10. Your Accountant will receive an email to inform them of a document upload.
