HandiRegister - Add an inactive date to your Company in HandiRegister

You can mark Companies as inactive when they are no longer your client. This will prevent them from appearing in your reports or creating ASIC forms.

Making companies inactive

  1. Log in to HandiRegister.

  2. Highlight the Company that is no longer a client, then click Edit.

  3. Enter a date in the Inactive Date field.

  4. Click Save, Close.

Entering an inactive date will ensure the Company is excluded from Company lists, review date, and status reports to name a few.

Note: The Company will still appear in the company list in HandiRegister in a grey shaded colour.
