Reset your Outlook profile

Where Outlook is prompting you to enter a password when you log in to HandiSoft Online

Note: If your computer recently had a Windows Update, check for Citrix updates before resetting your Outlook profile.

Reset your Outlook Profile

  1. From the Windows Start menu, go to Control Panel.

  2. Select User Accounts.

  3. Double-click on Mail.

  4. Select Show Profiles.

  5. Click Remove to remove the profile then click OK.

  6. Go to the pull-down menu on the top and click Ctrl- +Alt +Del, Sign out.

  7. Once signed out, wait five minutes before signing back into HandiSoft Online.

  8. You will be prompted to enter the Outlook email address and password.

  9. Continue to set up Outlook.

  10. The Email signature will need to be reapplied in the settings.
