When logging to HandiSoft Online the below error may occur.

FSLogix, Inc - User profile failed to attach. Please contact support.


​Raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Include the following details of the user experiencing the error:

  • Member's name (as it appears in Access Evo).

  • Email address used to log in.

  • As much detail as possible about how and when the issue started.

  • Who else is affected at your firm?
