If your practice has used HandiSoft Native Cloud products previously and no longer uses them, the following error may occur intermittently.
To resolve the error:
Important: These steps should only be completed if you no longer use HandiSoft Native Cloud products.
Open File Explorer and navigate to HSoft\Apps folder on the server computer.
Find Hs.ini file, double-click to open it in Notepad.
Delete the text below from this file:
[HSINT]
Enabled = 1
IgnoreCert = 1
Usebrowser= 1
Save and close the file. The error should no longer occur.
