An error, The object invoked has disconnected from its clients, can occur when exporting reports to Excel.
To resolve this error, check your Microsoft Excel settings:
Close all HandiSoft programs.
Open Excel and go to File, Options, General. Include this many sheets must be above 5 sheets, to export.
Close Excel.
Open the HandiSoft module and try the export again.
If the error still occurs, disable all other add-ins in Excel, then try exporting the report again.
If using Access HandiSoft Online, at this point, raise a new case online.
Otherwise, if the errors still occur, run a repair on Excel.
