To resolve this error, check your Microsoft Excel settings:

  1. Close all HandiSoft programs.

  2. Open Excel and go to File, Options, General. Include this many sheets must be above 5 sheets, to export.

  3. Close Excel.

  4. Open the HandiSoft module and try the export again.

  5. If the error still occurs, disable all other add-ins in Excel, then try exporting the report again.

    1. In Excel, go to File, Options, Add-ins, next to 'Manage' select COM Add-ins and click Go.

    2. Untick all add-ins and click OK.

    3. Try to export from the program. If it works, add back one add-in and try the export again. Continue this process until you know which add-in is causing the error.

  6. If using Access HandiSoft Online, at this point, raise a new case online.

  7. Otherwise, if the errors still occur, run a repair on Excel.
