Use File Explorer to navigate to the HSoft/Doc/DocBase folder.
Right-click on the Users folder.
Click on the Security tab and ensure that all Windows users have permissions to Modify, Execute, List folder contents, Read and Write.
Once you have modified the user permissions, click OK and see if the error occurs again.
If the error still appears, try the following steps:
Use File Explorer to navigate to the HSoft/Doc/DocBase folder again.
Right-click on the Users folder.
Under the General tab, untick Read-only.
Ensure, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files, is selected and click OK.
Try again to see if the error occurs.
