HandiSoft allows you to log in to any HandiSoft program with your username automatically from the shortcut icon on your desktop. This allows you to log in through your shortcut icon automatically without showing you the login window.
On the desktop, right-click on the shortcut icon for the relevant program:
Click Properties.
Click the Shortcut tab on the properties window.
In the Target box, as shown below, at the end of the location path, enter a space, then type your username.
Click Apply and click OK to exit this screen.
This will allow the user to automatically enter the program and bypass the login screen when using the shortcut.
Note: This process should only be used when users are not sharing computers. If you are using Practice Manager Security, the login screen will generate with the specified user's login name. A password will still be required to access the module.
