Document Manager - Navigate to the Import File directory in Document Manager

To navigate to the Import File directory to review or delete a document:

  1. Search %temp% on your computer.

  2. From within local App data > Local > Temp, find the HSImport folder.

  3. Open the HSImport folder and Delete or review document(s) as required.
