In HandiTrust, you can set default options and layouts so you don't need to select them each time.
Log in to HandiTrust.
Go to Options, General.
Here, you can select a Firm and Bank Account to be the default option when processing an ATO Refund and Client Payments.
You can also select your preferred letter layouts in this window.
