Why is my Rental Schedule not showing in the Worksheets preview?

If the Rental Schedule/s are not showing up in the Worksheets preview, you will need to check the custom client print options.

  1. From the Edit menu, select Print Tax Returns or; from the Access Panel, click the Print Returns icon.

  2. Select Custom settings.

  3. Click on the tabs to check the settings for each Form type.

  4. Ensure that Rental Schedule - Number of copies is set to 1 or click Reset defaults.

Note: The Reset defaults will reset the order and quantity for all forms and schedules to the standard order and quantity to 1.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Cancel to exit the Print Returns window.

7. The Rental Schedule/s should now be appearing in the Worksheets preview.


​Rental Summary in Worksheet copy


The Rental Summary report is generated when you click Worksheets on the "Tax Return Outline" window for forms I, P and T. The report will only run where there are two or more properties.

The Rental Summary report facility must be enabled before you can run the report.

  1. From the Options menu, click Tax Form Options.

  2. Under Reference/Custom, select the Rental Summary in worksheet copy checkbox.

  3. Click OK.
