Access HandiTax provides you with a Rental Property Summary report when an Individual, Partnership or Trust has multiple rental properties. The report is automatically displayed when viewing the rental statements or return.
The option can be enabled or disabled as follows:
Log in to HandiTax, then go to Options, Tax Form Options.
In the Reference/Custom section, select or clear the Rental summary in worksheet copy check box, then click OK.
The report will now be included in the Tax Return Worksheet.
Select you client's tax return, and view the return with worksheets.
