Your unique Software ID is generated once you have set up the Access ATO Gateway and restarted HandiTax.
After the initial setup, log back in to the current year HandiTax.
From the Lodgment menu, click Set ATO Credentials.
Your Software ID is displayed below the ABN. This number is unique to your firm and will contain your five-digit HandiSoft customer ID number.
Note: If you’ve registered but still can’t see the Software ID, restart HandiTax and also ask others to restart HandiTax. If that doesn’t work, raise a support case online.
