Practice Manager Security allows you to set permissions to deny access to certain clients. (Denied clients)

In the SQL version only, there is a feature to allow access to certain clients only. This means that the staff members assigned this permission will only be given access to the clients on this list.
From the File menu, click Permissions or click the Permissions icon on the left hand access panel.
Click New to create a new permission, or highlight an existing permission and click Edit to edit it.
In the Client Permissions window, click the Allow Clients tab.
Click Add.
In the Clients window, Select the clients that users assigned to the Permission will be allowed to access.
Click Close.
Note: This feature is only available for the SQL version of Practice Manager Security.
