Practice Manager Contact - My Jobflow Manager icon is missing

Practice Manager Contact allows you to launch other modules from the Client Centric area, such as Jobflow Manager.

If you find the program tab or icon missing for your program, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Practice Manager Contact.

  2. Go to Options, Client Centric.

  3. In the Client Centric Options window, ensure Jobflow Manager is ticked, then click OK.


Where the program icon or tab does not appear and for further assistance, please raise a new case with support online and reference the title of this article.
