The error: CMN.ATO.GEN.438019 states the exemption or rollover code has not been supplied. If an exemption or rollover has been applied, the exemption or rollover code(s) must also be supplied. The amount of capital gain Small Business rollover or exemption should only be reported in one field.
Log in to HandiTax.
Select the client and open the tax form.
Double-click on the Main form I.
Scroll down to Item 18.
Answer Label G and at Label M.
In the code field, press F1.
Enter the relevant code and complete the item as required.
Check for errors again.
