Check your Windows Display settings to ensure DPI scaling is at 100% and not higher, as 100% is the only supported DPI for HandiSoft modules. If the settings don't take effect immediately, you may need to restart your PC.
Change scaling in Windows 10
Right click on your Windows desktop and go to Display Settings.
Select Display from the left hand side.
Choose Change the size of text, apps and other items or choose Make text larger or smaller.
Change the DPI to 100%.
Change Scaling in Windows 11
Right click on your Windows desktop and go to Display Settings.
Under the Scaling section choose 100% from the drop-down menu.
Note: you might have to click Turn off custom scaling and sign out to be able to change this setting if it's greyed out.
