In HandiTax, to lodge 2002 and prior year tax returns, a serial modem is required to be installed. If you or your IT support cannot install a modem on your computer, or you receive modem errors, we recommend that you paper lodge. If you use HandiSoft Online, the earliest year you can lodge is 2004. If earlier years are required, please paper lodge.
Note: HandiSoft Support cannot install the modem for clients or change computer settings.
