Jobflow Manager - How do I track the completion progress of a job?

By updating the percentage completed of each task in a job, Access Jobflow Manger is able to calculate and display the percentage complete of the whole job. This will allow you to track the progress of the job.

  • As you work through a task, the % Complete needs to be updated in the Task Details - ... window.

  • This flows through to the Task Navigator - Ref ... window.

  • The percentage of the Job completed will be reflected in the Job Details window under Complete.

Note: The percentage complete is updated by the users at the task level and the program calculates the percentage complete at the Job level. A task cannot be saved as "Complete" if the percentage is less than 100%.
