By updating the percentage completed of each task in a job, Access Jobflow Manger is able to calculate and display the percentage complete of the whole job. This will allow you to track the progress of the job.
As you work through a task, the % Complete needs to be updated in the Task Details - ... window.
This flows through to the Task Navigator - Ref ... window.
The percentage of the Job completed will be reflected in the Job Details window under Complete.
Note: The percentage complete is updated by the users at the task level and the program calculates the percentage complete at the Job level. A task cannot be saved as "Complete" if the percentage is less than 100%.
