Document Hub - How to update the company address details

Emails generated from Document Hub include your company address details in the signature.

To update the details:

  1. Log in to the Document Hub website with the Admin user.

  • Accountants Practice ID is your 8 digit alpha\numeric code which can be found in your HandiSoft module under Help, About.

  • User Name is Admin.

2. On the top right-hand corner, click the User icon to open the ‘User Profile’ window.

3. In the 'User Profile' window, update the relevant details and click Save.
