To transfer a depreciation schedule from a client in HandiTax to an entity in HandiLedger, follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTax.
Select the client and open the tax return.
Double-click on the Depreciation worksheet and then click Transfer.
Type 'HL' as the Client Reference Code and click OK.
Close HandiTax and log in to HandiLedger.
Select the entity and the relevant financial year.
From the Tools menu, click HandiTax Depreciation Import and follow the prompts.
Note: Depreciation schedules in HandiLedger cannot be transferred to HandiTax.
