To resolve the common address errors in a tax return please check the following items:
Ensure the client address has been entered on the Cover page of the return (An international address will require the country code, press F5 for available list).
Go to Options, Front Cover Defaults.
Has Address been ticked? If so, that means the Postal address on this window will show on the tax returns. If there is no address in this window it will cause the errors.
3. View the Clients Tax Form Details window for this return.
Has Fee From Refund been ticked? If so, this means its trying to put the address from the Front Cover Defaults window on the return. If the Front Cover Defaults address is blank it will cause the errors.
4. To only include the client's address on the tax forms, untick the above options.
