Log in to the Document Hub website as the Admin User. This opens the Staff Users tab of the User Setup window.
In the left menu, click Email Templates. This opens the Email Templates window.
In the Email Template List section, use the search bar to locate the template you want to edit.
Move your mouse curser to the template that you wish to edit. At the very right-hand side of the window you will see a pen icon, click this icon to open a new window where you can edit the template.
Make any changes to the template as required. Right-click in the editor to view a dropdown list of keywords that you can insert into the message. These keywords will be replaced by the Document Hub values which lets you customise the message.
Click Save.
Note: To restore an email template, click Restore Defaults, the backwards arrow, beside the template you want to restore and click Yes to confirm the change.
