This error in a Trust form relates to the Assessment Calculation Code label V at the Beneficiary Details section being incorrect.
The reason for this error may be that the Entity code (label U) may not be for the Beneficiary type. eg, if the Beneficiary is an Individual, then the Entity code must be an I. Press F1 in this label to see a list of available codes.
