To create a filter to show clients with email addresses allocated to Partner 'MARK';
The filters to show:
All Clients allocated to Partners MARK or MARK1 is;
(PartnerRef@Clients = "MARK") Or (PartnerRef@Clients = "MARK1")
Clients allocated to Partners MARK or MARK1 only if there is an Email Address is;
(PartnerRef@Clients = "MARK") And (EMail@Clients <> "") Or (PartnerRef@Clients = "MARK1") And (EMail@Clients <> "")
Note: You can copy and paste these filters into your instance, but remember to substitute he Partner name to suit your requirements.
To create the filter;
In HandiTax click on Reports, Clients, Clients List Abbreviated, New.
Allocate a required name to the report and copy the required filter (above) into the Expression box.
Make necessary modifications to the references to Partner Name ie. JOHN then click Save, Select, OK.
Review the report for accuracy.
