HandiTax allows you to create custom reports, which will allow you to filter your clients based on their rental properties.
Follow the steps below to create a report of clients with their rental properties:
Download the report file here: HT0010 Rental Properties with address.
Log in to HandiTax.
Go to Reports, Edit Reports.
Click New.
Give the report a name and change the type to Return.
Click Import, select the file you downloaded in step 1, then click Save.
Click Run, select #All in the expression list, then click OK.
