To create a client expression to show all clients with item M2 Medicare levy surcharge (MLS label E populated with a Y, please follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTax.
Select Reports, Client Expressions, New.
Enter a name for the client expression, e.g. Medicare M2 = Y.
In the Expression box, type in: GetText("DYA") = "Y".
Click Save, Close.
From the Reports menu, click Client and then Client List Abbreviated.
Find the expression you created, e.g. Medicare M2 = Y, and click Select.
Select the Client Order and then click OK.
The report will list all clients that have an I form with item M2 Medicare levy surcharge (MLS) label E populated with a Y.
