How to check the ATO Lodgement availability

If lodgments\prefills\SBR report requests are failing, you check the status of the ATO via HandiTax. The below options go directly to the ATO website.

  1. Go to Help, SBR System Status

  • If ​​​​​​​ATO SBR2 Cloud is red, that means there is an issue at the ATO end.

  1. Go to Help, PLS Dashboard

  • ​​​​​​​Check for any notes and the Current System Status
