Error IITR.730059 occurs when a Superannuation income stream tax offset amount exists in the Income Details schedule, but the Australian superannuation income stream amount is missing.
To fix this:
Log in to HandiTax and select the tax return.
Double-click on the Annuities/Superannuation Income Streams schedule.
Remove any zeros in the Tax Offset label.
