The expression or filter to show clients with Gross Rent is (GetMoney("AFS") > 0).
Create the filter
Log in to HandiTax in the year required.
Click Reports, Clients, Clients List Abbreviated.
Highlight the first filter with a Y in the HandiSoft column, the first column, and click Copy.
Allocate the name Gross Rent and click OK. The newly named report will be highlighted.
Click Edit and replace the existing filter with the filter (GetMoney("AFS") > 0).
Click Save, Select, OK.
Review and compare the report to your database to verify the data.
