HandiTax includes a function to allow the insertion of an image onto the "Tax Estimate" and "Individual". This gives you the ability to promote services and add-ons.
Promotional Image Function
Log in to HandiTax.
From the Options menu, click Tax form Options.
In the Tax Form Options window, select the Custom estimate options checkbox, and then click Edit.
In the Estimate Options window, under the Display Promotion Image section select the Tax Estimate and/or Individual Electronic Declaration checkboxes, as required, and using the ellipses button to browse to the location of the applicable image you wish to use as your promotional logo.
Click Ok to close the Estimate Options window.
Click Ok to close the Tax Form Options window.
The default Promo.jpg (375 x 60 pixels), has been scaled to 3/4 of its original size to fit on the page. You will need to adjust the size of your .jpg image to fit on the page.
The Tax Estimate and/or the Individual Electronic Declaration form will include the promotional logo.
