From HandiTax 2022, for prefill interest records that require an adjustment, you will need to complete the Interest adjustment Reason Code field:
Two new elements have been added to Item 10 Gross Interest for any prefill interest records that require an adjustment amount.
Firstly, an interest adjustment reason code needs to be selected. There are 10 options available to pick from. On this slide, we show some examples of options to choose from.
