When using divisional accounting, the members, partners and beneficiary distributions have to be allocated as per the overall position, as the Income and Expenses are only divisionalised and not the Balance Sheet items.
To allocate distributions to members, partners and beneficiaries:
Go to View, Members, Partners and Beneficiaries.
Highlight the Member, Partner or Beneficiary you are making the distribution for.
In the Members, Partners and Beneficiaries window, click Year, highlight the applicable year, and complete the Distribution Amount or Percentage, and click Save and Close.
