The address in the Compilation report is a global setting - once set all users that use that database will see the same address. It cannot be tailored for individual addresses.
If users wish to edit the address, they will need to do onscreen edits of the report to meet their requirements.
(Right-click on the text that they wish to edit, edit and change the text as required)
When you come to close this report after making the changes you will be asked if you wish to save the changes.
If you select to save the report now, (the prompt when closing the report) it will save as it currently stands. No changes made to the information will reflect on the saved report. It saves essentially as a photograph as the report stands at the moment of saving. The saved report will display under - Report - Saved report.
If you do not wish to save the report you can print it or save it as a PDF as the report currently stands and then close the report and select not to save the changes.
