Add a custom font style

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

  2. Go to Options and then click on Fonts.

  3. Click New.

  4. Name your font and click OK.

  5. Select the Font, Size and relevant Effects, then click OK.

Add the font style to text

  1. Select any client and open their tax return.

  2. Click View ATO copy or Worksheet.

  3. Double-click on the text you would like to change.

  4. Use the drop-down menu in the Style field then select the newly created font style, then click Ok.

  5. A pop-up will appear asking, Do you want to permanently update this font style for all reports?. If you'd like to apply it to all tax forms, click Yes; if it's only a once-off edit, then click No.

  6. Once you are happy with your changes, export your report as required.

  7. Choose Yes to save a copy of the modified report, as these changes are only cosmetic.

  8. Name the report, then click OK.

  9. The saved report can be viewed later by going to Reports, Saved Reports, locating the report, and then click View.
