HandiTax - New street address doesn't reflect in the Cover page in HandiTax

When the client address details are updated from a PO Box to an All Purpose or Street Address, the cover page of the tax return may still show the old address.

  1. Log into HandiTax.

  2. Go up to Options and then Front Cover defaults, ensure Address under Agent Information is unticked.

  3. Select the client and open the tax return.

  4. Open the Cover page and manually delete the address and click Save, it should automatically fill it in with the new address , if it doesn't please close the tax return and re-open it again.
