This error occurs in HandiTax when a Payer's Withholding Payer Number (WPN) is present, but either a Salary or Wages Payment Summary or an Employment Termination Payment (ETP) Summary has not been provided. It may also indicate that required data is missing from a schedule, or that the Australian Business Number (ABN) entered is incomplete.
Open HandiTax and locate your client.
Highlight the I form, then click Select.
From the tax return outline, highlight the Super Lump Sum schedule, then click Edit.
Review all mandatory data fields for each payment received.
Ensure the Payer Australian Business Number (ABN) field contains an eleven-digit number.
Repeat steps 4 to 5 if your client also has an Employment termination payments schedule.
