Select the relevant entity and year in HandiLedger.
View - Ledger Entries.
Click on the Account column. The entries should now be sorted numerically but account number.
Ensure that all entries have an account code and that they are 4 digits in length. Any that are less than 4 or more then 4 need to be edited to display the correct 4-digit code. Save the changes.
The transactions should then display when the account is selected from within the Trial Balance.
