The trial balance shows an amount in the suspense account; however, when you try and clear the suspense account, you get the following message: No entries to suspense account.
This can occur when there is no account number listed for a transaction.
Find and fix the transactions
Log in to HandiLedger and Select the entity.
Go to the View menu and click Ledger Entries.
At the top, click Account to sort the account column.
Scroll to the top of the page and check that the transactions at the top include an account number.
Highlight the transaction with a missing account number and click View.
Add in the missing account number and Post the changes you have made.
Go to the Financials menu, Trial Balance again to review.
