How to setup your Financial/Complete Reports?

HandiLedger provides you with a set of standard financial reports based on the Entity Type and Sub Type you have selected.

The composition of the set of reports is based on whether the Entity is a reporting entity, audited or unaudited and in the case of companies, whether it is considered a large or small company.

The selections are made in the Entity Details window.

  1. From the View menu, click Entity Details.

  2. Highlight your entity and click Edit.

  3. Make the appropriate selections in the bottom left hand side of the Entity Details window.

  4. The Reports can now be run using either the Complete report option or each report separately, from the Financials menu.

NOTE: It is important to be aware that the Small Prop Company options plays a key role in determining the reports that are produced.
If your company sub type is Association, the Small Prop Company option must not be selected.

Composition of the set of reports

The composition of the set of reports is based on your selections can be seen in the Master Preferred Reports window.

  1. From the Reports menu click Preferred Reports.

  2. In the Master Preferred Reports window, you can see the different report set ups in the top section, and the set of reports associated with the highlighted Set Up in the bottom half.
