When requesting the Income Tax Client Report, Activity Statement Client Report or Activity Statement Lodgment Report, the error can occur if you have requested a Practice report already that day.
Note: You can request as many reports by Filter in a day; however are limited to only one Practice report per day.
If you have requested the report but have not received it:
Log in to HandiTax.
Go to ATO Reports, Retrieve Outstanding Reports and Retrieve.
