When requesting SBR reports, you can request by Practice or Filter.
Log in to HandiTax.
Go to the ATO Reports menu, then click Activity Statement Lodgment Report.
When using a filter, click the paper icon to view a list of clients that the filter has generated.
The filter looks for clients that meet the filter requirements and tags them.
If there are no clients on the list, this means there are no clients that meet the filter requirements. Choose a different filter.
If the report is requested for no clients, the following CMN.ATO.ODRPT.000003 error will occur.
