HandiTax - Error cmn.ato.iitr.em0054

Please check if the BSB number is still valid. The EM rejection error is coming from the ATO's end, which is an additional error check that isn't apart of the normal SBR Errors.

If you also get "cmn.ato.iitr.em0003" and "cmn.ato.iitr.em0004", it is usually a generic error which relates to the first EM Error, in this case EM0054.
