This error occurs when an amount is entered at D12 Personal superannuation contributions (Label H), but required fund details are missing.
Log in to HandiTax and Select the tax return.
Open the Main form I and go to item D12 Personal superannuation contributions.
If there’s an amount at Label H, make sure the following details are completed:
Full Superannuation fund name
Superannuation account number
Superannuation fund ABN
Superannuation fund TFN
If the details have rolled over from the prior year and are no longer needed, delete them to clear the error.
