In HandiTax 2024, a Trust Income schedule was added to transmit granular data required by the ATO.
SBR errors can occur when data is entered into the main tax return rather than into the Trust Income schedule.
If Error: 'SMSFAR.437194 - Distributions to Beneficiaries of Trust schedule must be present', occurs in your Superfund tax return:
Log in to HandiTax and select the Superfund return.
Go into the main form, then remove data manually keyed into Item 11, label M, Gross trust distributions.
Exit the main form and Edit the Trust Income schedule.
Data entered into the Trust Income schedule automatically transfers to the relevant item in the main form.
