HandiLedger - Tools, Consolidate Branches in HandiLedger

If you cannot select the Tools, Consolidate Balances function when you have selected the main branch, it may be due to the branches not being correctly set up.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and select the entity.

  2. Go to View, Entity Details.

  3. In the Entities window, highlight the main branch, then click Edit

  4. In the Entity details window check that you have entered the main branch's reference code into the Main Branch field. ie. Its own ref code.

  5. For each branch, check that you have entered the Main Branch's reference code in the Main Branch field in the Entity details window.

  6. Select the Main Branch, then go to Tools, Consolidate Branches.

Note: To remove any consolidated branches, go to Tools, Verify Accounts, Start then Close when complete.
