In HandiLedger, you can remove trust beneficiaries if you feel they are no longer required.
Note: The delete button will only activate once there are no years linked to the beneficiary that you are trying to delete.
Remove Trust beneficiaries
Log in to HandiLedger, then select your client.
Go to View and select Beneficiaries details.
Highlight the beneficiary to delete.
Select the Year.
Select Delete and agree to delete the record. This will delete the selected year only.
Repeat from step four until no years remain linked to the beneficiary.
Once all the linked years have been removed, the delete option for the beneficiary will activate.
Ensure the beneficiary is highlighted, then click Delete, Ok.
