HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - Enable multiple monitors in HandiSoft Online

Steps to use HandiSoft Online across more than one monitor so you can work in full-screen mode.

In Access HandiSoft Online, you have the option to use a single monitor or multiple monitors in full-screen mode.

📌Note: The DPI settings must be the same on all monitors to be able to use multiple screens. The Access Group tests on standard business monitors, and the HandiSoft programs open to the whole screen. The DPI Scale is set at 100%, and the display resolution is set to Recommended.

Enable multiple monitors

To enable multiple monitors:

  1. In the top middle of the screen, click on the toolbar.

  2. Then click Multi-monitor

Multi-monitor options include:

  • Extend to all displays to use multiple monitors.

  • Custom Layout to select which monitor(s) to display HandiSoft Online on.

  • Fullscreen to expand the screen across your monitor.

📌Note: Click Restore to return to the default screen size. You can use this feature to resize your window. Alternatively, use the Extend button to spread the HandiSoft Online window to a full screen.

If you experience display issues inside HandiSoft Online,

  1. Click on the toolbar icon at the top of the screen.

  2. Click on Preferences.

  3. Click on the Display tab and select Best resolution (Recommended).

  4. Click on the Monitor Layout tab, ensure the DPI setting is 100%, then click OK.
